Put Students in the Driver’s Seat…

Jason Ohler (Fielding Media Psychology PhD faculty, writer, speaker on all things digital citizenship and digital media) is a big proponent of allowing our students to ‘frame not game’. In other words, let’s give our students the keys to digital policy in our schools, allowing them to have an active role in framing mantras, policy and overall culture and climate.

Check out this video, a great overview of how to give students the ‘keys’ and guide them through activities to frame the process. Why not have students teaching (and leading) students, therefore taking an active role in building a positive culture and climate throughout your district…
